Besides the hilarious humor and bluntness of the author, her advice is KILLER! She dives into everything, from looking your best when you leave the house to how to perfect your brand. Her tips range from silly to downright business savvy, but they are all founded in her own experience and life research. You can tell she practices what she preaches and is living proof that her methods work. She discovered the secret to being successful (and a total badass, too, it sounds like) so she gathered her advice in a book to share with others. It's genuine, smart, and at the end of the day everyone can benefit from her lessons. Anxiously awaiting book number 2!

By karen e mott This first time author has created a must read for anyone seeking to create their best life. Her combination of real life experience and smart humor makes the advice and tips so doable and effective for those who need to find a way to really appreciate their uniqueness and ability to forge an amazing career. Seeing myself from a better perspective after reading this. It won't be on your shelf collecting dust as you will refer to the advice over and over. "When you believe in your abilities, you give them wings" thanks Kristen for this wonderful inspiring book!

By monica akaneya I wasn't expecting as much self help advice, but it was still cool . I definitely was more into the branding exercises in the second half of the book. I'll be reading a few more times.
