As a recent college grad preparing for a new transition it was perfect timing for me to read the book.I love the approach that was taken with the book, it was not dense or hard to read at all, the characters were awesome, very clever way to help distinguish them by having their names match their ER value. My favorite part was how it broke everything down towards the end of each chapter and left the readers with different questions to think about.I was able to evaluate and self check myself through the questions at the end and they really made me think. Everything made sense and flowed perfectly! I really enjoyed the book and will be applying the things I learned as I prepare for my next journey. Meet the Ers is definitely a must read, very insightful and engaging.

After working with Mr. Carr for years I appreciate his expertise and willingness to share strategies along with potential downfalls we encounter on our way to the top. The book is well written and each segment is concluded with personal growth questions encouraging the reader to apply the principles to his own life. Meet The ERs is not just about a career in sports, it is the reality of every day life. As a personal trainer I meet and work with (and against) each of these ERs. As a Christian, I realize I have been each of these ERs at some point along my walk. This educational, inspirational, and motivational read is appropriate for any and everyone wanting to advance in their life.
