This is a wonderful book, full of strange creatures in Joe's backyard By Deekie This is a wonderful book, full of strange creatures in Joe's backyard. Personally I think they are more the ones that hide under the bed when we are children, although, rather than being really scary, they are just strange looking genetically mutated beings in my opinion. Joe's art makes me want to sing Enter Sandman by Metallica each time I look at one of his creatures. Wonderful art!

By Heather Willow I love Joe's broken mind and his artwork :) I follow him on Facebook and was SO EXCITED to see that he had a coloring book out. I just got it yesterday and it is SOOO good. Art that makes you smile, and you will never see another coloring book like this. This one is UNIQUE :)
3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. fun coloring book By LeeTalLavi The pages are thin, but because the story for each image is on the back of the previous coloring image, the worst case scenario is that the ink (if you use ink pens to color) will bleed through to the story on the next page. that is the main reason i gave this only four stars. the second reason i only gave four stars is because the images already have some shading on them and i prefer to do the shading myself with my prismacolor pencils. i also noticed that when coloring over the shading, the ink that was used to print the images smears.to avoid pen ink bleeding to the next image i place a sheet of cardstock behind the image i am coloring. but other than that, the book is incredibly fun and the stories that correspond to each image is cute and fun too.
