Some humans knew bits and pieces of his several worlds, but it would be eighteen years before his secret worlds became exposed, leaving many humans amazed. In the beginning I was not a fan of cats. I wasn’t an enemy, just not a fan. However, this little fellow had the ability to insert himself into people’s lives and hearts. He came across the street to visit, and I found his purring to be both soothing and addictive. With no intentions of doing so, I found myself loving him more and more, and we became great friends. It turns out I was not the only one. Arni had a great ability to form deep friendships with many people. Arni lived life the way he wanted. He manipulated humans to supply his every want. To call him a scam artist is too negative. He was such a beautiful, smart cat with a loving demeanor that people felt privileged to supply him with his desires. If he couldn’t get it at one house, well, there were other houses. This book recounts many of his exploits and his impact on my life. I hope the book entertains you and honors my friend, Arni.

About the Author Albert E. Sisson, a retired engineering executive, is the author of both nonfiction and fiction books. He recently published a family book, Francis Marion Sisson, Jacob Gould, Orin Gould in the American Civil War, which is available in the Library of Congress. In early 2015 he published A Shadow of Death in the Woods, a fictional novel on good and evil overcome with love and friendship. His current book, Arni, The Cat is a true account of his relationship with his good friend Arni, The Cat who started out living across the street. Mr. Sisson plans sequel novels and an amusing motorcycle travelogue.

A Warm Look at the Relationship Between a Cat and The Guy Who Grew to Love Him By Ron Collins I was a beta reader of this book, and I can say I totally enjoyed it. Albert Sisson writes the story of The Guy and The Cat in alternating points of view and in a tone that will make cat lovers smile. The story is a mystery, you see? Or maybe it's a Bro-mance. Or a memoir. Or ... well, it's about a cat, so you can call it just about anything, right?

Arni was eventually able to train The Guy to be the person he wanted him to be. The book is very humorous and as a long-time cat owner and lover, I believe Mr. Sisson has captured his experiences with Arni perfectly. Everyone, cat lovers and non-cat lovers alike, should read this book.Arni, The Cat It's a wonderful book!

Wonderful and quirky dry humor, perfect impretations of a bright feline mind, read it alone, now outloud to family for new experiences in the sounds of humor missed by silent reading. Makes me miss Arni too!
