By Jamie Wolf I just finished reading The Anger Factor and know this is a book that I will buy and gift to many people. I also know it's a book I will re-read many times. You will, too. It is clear, concise, and addresses anger from a view point that is rare. So many 'anger management' folks seem to deal just with the symptom - angry reactions. The Anger Factor digs into what's underneath and gives you to-the-point ways to get at the underlying causes and address them. I've never thought of myself as an angry person - and I required this book.
