The simple, yet thought altering topics are easily implemented into part of your daily routine. The action plan that was included is brilliant. It makes you think and reflect on each chapter and how you, the reader, will implement the ideas. I plan on using this with the students in my elementary classroom as it is never too early to become an every day person!

It even features how Coach has impacted my life on page 47. I confess I really needed to read and work through some of the key principles of overcoming the negative inertia around me in this season of life. These real life stories of overcoming the status quo and the practical workbook to excellence will not disappoint.

Arthur I received this little treasure of a book on Wednesday and finished reading it on Friday. I loved Ricks book about discovering your purpose, maintaining a positive attitude and becoming a better more compassionate parent, teacher, coach, and human being. His stories and examples were uplifting and inspirational. I am looking forward to using the handy action plans included with the book. Thanks Rick!
