This system gets results and my income has increased accordingly to how closely I follow this method. When I drift away from the basic plan here, I find myself getting frustrated and my quota seeming to be farther away. Every time I hit the book and remind myself the basics it just falls into place. I wish more people discovered this but until they do its getting me results by not being the same sales guy that called you before.

He cares about his clients and the people they influence and sell to. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is in any type of selling industry. Especially if you are using the phone.
