Each story begins with a Bible verse and then a practical lesson based on the story’s title. A wonderful devotional for dog lovers!The devotional draws from a dog’s innate ability to unconditionally love his people and offers scriptural and spiritual insights. Each story is heartwarming.As you read this charming devotional, you can’t help but draw the parallels between an animal’s love and the love God gives to us as humans. God’s love knows no bounds, is unconditional and He continues to love us even when we are distant and uncaring towards Him.It would be quite simple to rush through the short devotional; however, to read it quickly would be an injustice to the concepts within.I received this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

By Amazon Customer My cousin, Karen sent me this book for Christmas. I have learned more about God & His relationship to us via these wonderful Dog Tales than I could have learned in many sermons. I am giving it as a gift to my friend of 42 yrs, , also a Dog person. I intend to give this book to quite a few persons for Birthday, Mother's Day, Christmas & Special Event presents. It arrived much sooner than I expected & in perfect condition!
