With strategies and tips in this book I can honestly say anyone looking for help with trying to stay in control of their emotions and trying to avoid being "hot headed" will love this book. It is easy to read and does not have excessive verbiage as some books in the category do, trying to puff themselves up to make themselves seem like something theyre not.

Therefore, to be able to control your emotions is very difficult for me, but I want to learn.
