About the Author E.N. (Edmund Nathaniel) Richardson (called Ned) was born in New York. Growing up with very loving and caring parents and with his younger sister Catherine (called Caty), the family was quite poor and struggled with several financial setbacks. Only 13 years old, Ned had a clear vision for his life - one day he would be able to help his parents out financially and develop a better future for his family and himself. At this age one of his teachers gave him a book - and this book simply CHANGED HIS LIFE! It was a book about self help and positive thinking and the effect and great impact that 'thinking the right way' can have on your self-development and future. From this point until today E.N. Richardson was addicted to the idea of improving his skills: "Change and better Yourself - and your Surroundings and Future will change Likewise!" is the essence of all his doing. 35 years later, successful in his job with a wife and a 14 year old son, he has decided that it would be great to share all the knowledge and experience he had gained and help others. What sets this book apart is that it is packaged in a user-friendly format and written in incredibly engaging language. The author's passion for making you more passionate drips off every page. A very good primer on how to overcome your fears and live your life like you were meant to. I recommend this to all readers of all ages.

It brings in confidence, uplifts the spirit and encourages happiness in the readers' lives. As the author of this book and many other authors of similar books say, self dedication is the most important thing to attain peace and happiness. No one can harm you if you are committed to yourself to be happy. Dealing with issues like anger, anxiety, fear and such is really a tough time to many in these times. I have seen many people facing lots of issues mainly because of the pressure seen at work culture. Books like this help very much in overcoming those fears.
