This is a great reference book for anyone seeking natural alternatives to healthcare By Jason Utrecth If you are wanting to learn more on the benefits of Essential Oils and other natural tools this is the book to own. This book taught me so much and I still use it all the time. Very informative, will try several of these recipes. Things used for centuries can't be wrong. Much easier than going the prescription or manufactured route. This is a great reference book for anyone seeking natural alternatives to healthcare. Thanks!

Hated I wasted the money -- a quick money gimmick in my opinion ! I can't believe there is misspelled words in this book OMG! There are no page numbers or I would direct you just read chapter 5 - Fats .. My my please save your money -- pathetically written things in this book you learn over night if you know anything at all about essential oils , like why you bought your first bottle !! I could recycle this book in the same amount of time it took them to put it all together ... Beware save your money just because it says best seller don't fall for it ! --200 tips, techniques & recipes for natural beauty by Shannon buck -- it's worth the few extra dollars !
