Very different from the typical business books with far fetched analogies of mice and cheese. I find myself thinking of the "lessons" throughout my day now and identifying ways I can do my very best. I wish I'd read this a long time ago!

Well written, creative read on Leadership By Taren Rehburg You do not have to be an expert equestrian to appreciate the creative way the author relates effective leadership with horse communication. As a young professional with absolutely no equine knowledge, I found it easy to relate the parrellels of horse communication to the communication within the workplace. For less than 60 pages, I took away a lot of valuable information that I can apply to my life. I recommend this book to all professionals looking for an educating and quick read on effective leadership. It was well written and I can't wait to read more from this author!

It is a perfect platform for teaching leaders communication skills at a level that is rarely thought of in corporate leadership training.
