Patrick breaks down eye contact into the exact components that we have issues with and prescribes pretty cool exercises to improve. I've never given so much thought to eye contact because it seems so simple, but there is so much more going on under the surface. I'm really glad I bought this book because it will help me in my daily life, every day!

However, I found this book to be so disappointing that I wanted to give my feedback so other people do not make the same mistake I did.I am a big fan of self-improvement books but I found this book to be extremely poor. All of the "hints" are extremely obvious and the book is extremely overpriced. I genuinely cannot think of one concept from this book that a child could not have come up with if you asked them to provide talking points about eye contact. It may be worth skimming if it was a free book.Save yourself the money and purchase one of the countless other books that provide genuine insight on areas of self-improvement.

That is all there is to it. When you buy a self help book you just want results and improvement and this book on eye contact gives you that. Good timing as well because I have a job interview coming up that will probably go well because of this better eye contact.
