This is a practical guide to what to do now to educate customers - to help them make an educated decision that's in their best interest. Life insurance is an important cornerstone to proper financial planning. Your customers deserve to make an educated decision. When you're the source of that education, they will buy from you. By Amazon Customer I found this book to be well written and easy to understand. Ray does a good job explaining the importance of making real emotional connections with the client and linking the solution back to the client's emotional needs. There is nothing under-handed in this approach. It makes a lot of sense in an industry which is heavily product focussed and at the expense of sometimes forgetting what are the real reasons why the customer wants to buy in the first place. I felt the book was a little light in the prospecting area, and for that reasons 4 and not 5 stars. Recommended.
